Lake Printing Calendar Photo Contest

This is Lake Printings first year of running the Annual Photo Contest for the 2022 Lake Area Calendar this calendar is distributed throughout the Lake of The Ozarks Area. Photos will be accepted from 9/17/21 to 10/8/21 – winners will be announced 10/15/21 via social media.

The photographer retains all rights to their photo from this contest, Lake Printing just ask for permission to print the photo in their calendar and marketing material related to the calendar. - there are no cash prizes for the winning entries, you will get a supply of calendars for your own personal distribution, online social media recognition, and a chance to win the Cover for 2022.

FREE contest to enter, there will be thirteen (13) photos that win - one for each month and the cover.

The theme of the photo needs to be Lake of The Ozarks related with no focus on a particular business or product. The photo may be black and white or color and should be without persons not wishing or provided permission to be photo graphed. Please submit high-resolution files. Physical photos must be sized to at least 8”x10” for optimal printing.  The direction of the photo can be landscape or portrait (landscape is preferred, but will have no impact on the judging process).

Limit of five photo entries per person, please.
Photos may be reproduced for the Lake Printing as color, duotone, or black and white at Lake Printing's discretion.

Open to US Residents ONLY - any entries from outside the US will be discarded.
The calendar that is produced is given away to Lake Printing customers and contacts - the calendar is sold and given away based on the need and requirement of the customer. Questions: please call 573-346-0600.

Authorization To Reproduce
Photographer retains the rights to their photograph for future use.  Lake Printing asks that the person or entity entering the contest is the photographer and copyright owner of the work described as Photograph. That said the photographer consents and authorizes Lake Printing to reproduce the work, and that the photographer will indemnify, defend and hold Lake Printing harmless from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction of the work in the calendar. Lake Printing may also use the photograph in other related marketing tools, Lake Printing will not sell the photo, or the product directly made from the photo. Prizes will be awarded to the copyright owner.  There is a charge for the calendar and Lake Printing will not pay royalties or fees to the winners.
